We arrived in Broome yesterday. First stop the shops then out to Cable Beach. We are camped 5 minutes from the beach which is great . We set up and then walked down the beach for the sunset camel ride and the whole sunset experience. Today saw us on the local bus and into town. We went to China town and Allison and I did some shopping while the boys checked out the local brewery and bar ' Matso's'. We met them for lunch which was nice, Allison and I quite enjoyed their alcoholic ginger beer. We have been down the beach swimming this afternoon which was pleasant. Tommorrow we are heading up to Cape Leveque and are planning to camp on the beach for 5 days of R& R before we head down to the Pilbara. So it's swimming, fishing, reading and just general lazing on the agenda.
